Our beds were squeaking, our...

Liked: Close to freeway
Disliked: Close to an abandoned motel, lots of homeless around

Liked: The room is cozy and clean.
Disliked: There are huge clumps of hair and dirt floating in the pool. My child was really looking forward to the pool, but in the end we got upset and went to the room.

Liked: Staff was rude. Hung up on us when asking a simple question. Asked to talk to manager and said no you’re not the guest.
