Room was fine but the...
Liked: Room was large and quiet.
Disliked: The staff never changed the linens or towels, never provided and replacement towels, never cleaned the room or emptied the trash containers.Not much of a breakfast selection.

Not pleasant.
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The quality of the decor of this Hampton was shockingly bad. You used to be able to count on all Hampton’s being a nice place to stay.They have changed everything to look like 60’s modern and it just looks cheap and unappealing.They have used very cheap building materials from carpet to fake wood and it is vey garish. Guess I’ll be staying somewhere else.

Disliked: Blood on the comforter, dirty pillows 3 of the 8 were dirty with blood stains or snot on them. Other looked like had not been washed in forever. TV live TV would not work front desk could not figure it out and the fact that the front desk thought these complaints all in the first of 2 night stay was normal ….makes me check Hamptons Inns quality. We usually have a higher standard with Hampton Inns we have stayed with in the past. Ice machine on 2nd floor broke and for a hot 4th of July not a good thing.

I wasn’t happy with Booking.com...
Liked: Breakfast was very boring. They need to add something to make it a pleasure to look forward to instead of a dull, uncreative experience. Yucky scrambled eggs, bland sausages, cereal, bagels, underripe bananas. Same old, same old.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I paid for two rooms and they only had me reserved for one room. They didn’t accept my validations for a receipt and confirmation numbers. I had to pay for another room! I need a refund from your company to compensate for them not having the correct reservation information. Please refund the cost of one room. Thank you
