Disappointing

Disliked: Air conditioner rattled all night. Contacted front desk, but they were unable to resolve.

Great stay!

Liked: Location and really comfortable beds.
Disliked: It was ok but would be great for breakfast have more variety - like holiday Inn express

Good place, Not worth bringing...

Liked: The beds, the showers, the larger room, and convenient location of room.
Disliked: The smart TV, the non free wifi. Air conditioning was messed up and room was overly hot.

It was short and simple.

Liked: It was close to food, shopping and convenience.
Disliked: The bed was very hard and pillows squishy. The pull out couch angled upward at the top making it difficult to sleep on without feeling like you’re sliding off.

Location is great, right by...

Liked: Easy check-in, room was clean. Breakfast was hot and offered a variety of options. I really liked the layout and size of the room, it came across as bigger then other basic hotel rooms I have stayed at in the past. Location is great, right by anything you could need!
Disliked: We could tell the hotel was under going some renovations. Some detail things in our room just felt uncompleted, but nothing that negatively impacted out stay.

It was okay.

Disliked: The staff was unfriendly and the night shift had an attitude towards us. We are polite people. The pool area for two days straight you could tell us not clean. I know because there was a bandage and two huge hair clots unmoved. I disposed them because it was gross. The front desk said thank you for letting us know, but never cleaned up.
