Convenient, overcharged and questionable ventilation...

Liked: Breakfast was convenient.
Disliked: The facility charged $521.71 instead of $500.42 per the reservation.My husband arrived at 10 pm and had to ring the bell for a while before being able to get into the facility. The staff was half asleep. He stayed in one room one night and did not feel well. He changed room. The second room was okay until he turned on the AC. We question the cleanliness of it air ventilation system.

Disliked: Breakfast was basic nothing special, had to pay for parking, price very high comparing to Roanoke prices, only amenity is a basic workout room, no swimming pool

One night in Roanoke

Liked: This Hotel has a great location and the parking is close and convenient. On arrival we received a very warm welcome at reception and were offered a bottle of water each which was much appreciated. The breakfast was very good, we liked the sausage patties and the omelette. The lady managing the breakfast was excellent, making sure everything was kept topped up hot and fresh. We were only here for one night but we found the Hotel Clean, Comfortable and lovely staff.
Disliked: We liked everything but just to warn people if you chose to buy an alcoholic drink to take to bed as a nightcap, as we did, it will set you back a bit so be aware of that. In fairness the prices are clearly displayed so no complaint from us.
