Disliked: I got charged twice

Convenient to airport, pretty basic...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bathtub didn’t drain well at all. Heat/cooling unit very loud when coming on. More power outlets would be nice.

Disliked: waited for front desk stuff for 15 minutes.

Disliked: Some area could use some attention. Pool, bathroom.

Good

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Providence Airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although I found the beds to be a bit too soft for my preference.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by the use of paper cups, paper plates, and plastic cutlery during breakfast. I found this choice puzzling.

Liked: Location was good and food was also good
Disliked: The air conditioner was very very noisy kept us up. the pool was chilly and the hot tub had a film on it so we didn't use either
