Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Peoria-West

My Pastor and I woke up at 5 AM to do bible study in the morning. About 5:30 I asked for coffee and the guy at the front desk said not until 6 AM. While I was doing my bible study the Pastor showed up with a cup of coffee - I asked him how he got it and he said he went into the back room. Shortly after the guy at the front desk rushed over to close the door so I couldn't get coffee. I opened the door and got coffee anyway, then they locked the door so no one could have coffee until he said so. Coffee was ready, just being rude not to let us have it.

Liked: Clean and nice reception.
Disliked: Staff at front desk and kitchen.

Liked: The breakfast was good, pool and workout facilities were good. Front desk staff was helpful.
Disliked: We always try to stay at a Hilton hotel..especially hampton inns when we travel. I need comfortable bed and pillows and cleanliness is a must throughout the hotel. Our bed was very hard. We had a very small fidge sitting on the floor in. Corner beside the couch, no microwave, coffee maker stuck on a shelf in the bathroom and didn’t work. First thing I noticed at front desk was the back of the computer monitors an other thing on counter were covered in dust…elevator floors were filthy. Our first morning there…the hotel had no hot water. Overall for I was not happy with the quality for a Hilton hotel. Like I said staff was fine and breakfast was good.
