Lost money

Disliked: Didn’t give my incidentals deposit back now having to raise a dispute case with the credit card company as they don’t answer emails either

Horrible stay

Liked: Nothing, this place didn't have AC, pool out of service and they could not give me a room key tor 1 daya
Disliked: The AC didn't work in my room.The pool was gutted and out of service, was not advised nor signage regarding the work. When I checked in they could not give me a room key. The system was down and it took 2 days. I had to wait for escorts to take me to my room every time I left. Or leave my room unlocked and open wich is not safe. This was a horrible experience.

Five Star Hotel

Liked: The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. Set up very well. Rooms were very clean,and the beds were so comfortable.. Location had walking access to everything. Hampton Inn has earned 5 stars!
Disliked: Parking was the only drawback. The hotel gives passes, so customers staying get free parking . However, where you park isn't so great. There isn't any entry from the parking garage into the hotel. You have to walk around to the entry of the hotel.
