Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Oakland Airport Alameda

Pretty fancy.

Liked: Good location for where I needed to go. Room had been renovated and was quite large and pleasant. Nice Breakfast selection. Very pleasant general manager.
Disliked: My only suggestion is the TV was hard to see from the bed. I've stayed in other hotels where the TV was on the wall but could be moved at an angle for better visibility. This one didn't move.

It was a clean place...

Disliked: Front desk staff was standoffish and rude. Food at their bistro was horrible and took forever.

Hampton Inn and Suites was...

Liked: The room had recently been renovated and it was clean.
Disliked: Renovations are still going on so there were construction noises and materials being moved through the hallways. They also charged $20 a night for parking which was not made clear when booking the room. The room would have benefitted from having an easy chair to accommodate reading or watching television.

Liked: Booking services were horrible
Disliked: Booking services did not meet my expectations

Exceptional

Liked: Proximity to the Oakland Airport as well as to our office.
Disliked: Changing the check in time from 3pm to 4pm.

Nice

Liked: Very nice
Disliked: The bed pillows were not comfortable, flat. Better firmer pillows would be great.
