We had a great time....

Liked: The front desk girl Dee was absolutely the best. She was very friendly and kind. I had a great time chatting with her. She has amazing customer service.
Disliked: Could have used better sheets on the bed. Had a few stains and holes

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The staff at the desk was warm and welcoming. She gave helpful information on the pool and where to dine.
Disliked: The outdoor pool was small and didn’t have a hot tub, The hot items on the breakfast(omelet, sausage, potatoes) were not warm.

Bad experience

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: When we checked in the staff was not friendly at all. They were bothered that I was interrupting their conversation. My mom asked them for bottled water that we normally get at the time at check in and I wasn’t present when she asked for them and the employee said that I needed to get them, so when I went over to the counter she was bothered again that I was asking for the waters giving my mother a dirty look. She did not give us any information in regard to the breakfast. Normally the breakfast is great with a waffle making station and delicious sides, this time it was a continental breakfast and the staff there were rude as well. the microwave in the room was not working properly and the coffee packets for the room are not the correct size. It was splashing everywhere. I’ve stayed at this location 3 or 4 times and this was by far not the greatest stay. I’ll be looking elsewhere to stay moving forward.
