It was ok

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Common areas were clean enough. Front desk staff was very kind.
Disliked: The room needed a serious update. Walls were all marked up. Carpet. Ewww. Not sure if I’d stay here again

Someone made a reservation mistake!!!...

Liked: The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Because of the reservation mistake, they did reduce the price of the room, which was appreciated.
Disliked: We reserved a handicap room through Booking.com. The hotel indicated that you never told them that we needed handicap. At 4:30AM when I was trying to stand up from a very low toilet, I was furious! This is not acceptable.

The hotel needs renovating but...

Liked: I've stayed at this Hampton Inn many times in the past but not the handicapped rooms. The location is great for visiting my family. The front desk staff was great.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because the AC was stuck at 60 degrees. The wall thermostat didn't work and the unit thermostat was frozen at 60 degrees.The handicapped accessible bathroom didn't have a tall toilet. Two tile molding pieces in the bathroom were missing.On check-out I was told the hotel will be renovated......it's time.The bathroom water pressure was too low.
