The hotel needs renovating but...

Liked: I've stayed at this Hampton Inn many times in the past but not the handicapped rooms. The location is great for visiting my family. The front desk staff was great.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because the AC was stuck at 60 degrees. The wall thermostat didn't work and the unit thermostat was frozen at 60 degrees.The handicapped accessible bathroom didn't have a tall toilet. Two tile molding pieces in the bathroom were missing.On check-out I was told the hotel will be renovated......it's time.The bathroom water pressure was too low.

Comfy and would definitely stay...

Liked: The breakfast was great. Very filling and clean. Staff was quick to refill items as they ran out. Room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Great place to stay for the night before heading home.
Disliked: There is not much for me to say here. If I had anything would be cost which was not terrible. There were higher priced hotels in the area. This place had grate ratings and was one of the better priced at the time I booked. I'm always looking for a better bargain though!

My stay was relaxing and...

Liked: I liked the fact that there was staff at the hospitality desk 24 hours. This was a benefit.
Disliked: I loved the hospitality, availability of pool and laundry. Rooms were very comfortable.
