It was adequate, the bed...

Liked: The first room we were given was not acceptable. The shower door was broken and the shower itself was dirty and mold was present. The clerk on duty was exceptional and immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were not cleaned well. No attention to details where cleanliness is of utmost importance ie showers with mold and dirt present.

It was adequate, the bed was worn and not very comfortable and the pillows were not nearly form enough but it was ok.

Liked: The lady in the kitchen at breakfast was very helpful and really up on things, taking empty plates and wiping tables . I also liked that they would text to check in and I could text any questions.
Disliked: My husband would've liked a bigger TV . The ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work, but was able to go to 2nd floor for ice. The shampoo pump didn't work in shower, but didn't say anything cause we had brought our own.

Liked: The lady in the kitchen at breakfast was very helpful and really up on things, taking empty plates and wiping tables ☺. I also liked that they would text to check in and I could text any questions.
Disliked: My husband would've liked a bigger TV

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: It was easy to find and we felt it was a safe area. There was plenty parking and near several restaurants, gas stations, and shopping areas. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean, bedding and pillows were clean and fresh. The pool area was immaculate. Lobby and breakfast room were clean and inviting. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food.
Disliked: We saw a few minor worn places in our rooms that need just a little spruce up. One minor issue was that the tile in the entry and bathroom of one of our rooms was sticky and needed mopping. We told Ingrid at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of.

Disliked: They dont have a hot tub anymore

It was an unpleasant experience.

Liked: It was close to the event we were in town for.
Disliked: The shower spout was hanging out of the wall and was not secure it seemed like it was going to fall off. The refrigerator made a trickling water sound the entire stay and it froze our contents in it. The walls are so thin that every sound can be heard from the hall, the next floor above and we were even woken up by loud snoring from the room next to us. When we got home I noticed bites in my daughter that resembled bites from bed bugs. Thankfully nothing seemed to follow us home.
