Great location that needs some...

Liked: location we wanted, lovely decor, friendly front desk staff in the evening when we checked in. Room was clean except the carpet - we spilled some water and when we went to mop it up with a towel the towel came back filthy!
Disliked: Essentially no hot water on the fourth floor, even waiting 10 minutes for it to warm up. Ice machines on only two floors of the four floor hotel. Only two luggage carts for the entire large building!

Liked: The location was perfect. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Didn't like paying for parking. It would have been okay to pay for parking if the hotel was downtown, but it wasn't. Parking should have been included in the price of the room.

It was a wonderful stay...

Liked: It has very comfortable and excellent facilities with smooth check-in/out. Excellent location to downtown, plenty parking spaces and particularly my favorite cat-friendly policy by the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was wonderful and attentive. Maritza was always asking if, " is there anything you need?" The continental breakfast was delicious and a variety to choose from, I was truly impressed.
Disliked: The location was strange though, it was part of a strip mall? Other than that my stay was great.
