We came to this location...

Liked: It is an attractive property. It was very clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Coffee too weak. This is the coffee in the lobby.

Nice hotel and would stay...

Liked: Hotel was at a very convenient location and hotel staff was nice. Very nice room and clean.
Disliked: Some neighbors around us were a lil loud. People were playing music at pool until 1 am.

Standard hotel for bed and...

Liked: Big parking near the hotel. Breakfast included.

Exceptional

I was displeased because my...

Liked: The breakfast tasted like fake food. Even the boiled eggs were not possible to peel! Get some real food!Plain yogurt should be offered for diabetics. Strawberry cantaloupe and watermelon would be great!
Disliked: The staff were very helpful but the hotel was under staffed, especially in the breakfast area. She wasn’t replenishing milk, hot coffee etc. before nine.

Not worth the money

Liked: It’s a nice facility the gentleman that was at the Counter this morning was very friendly and very helpful when my room key fell to work four times and he just was a very friendly, pleasant gentleman and the breakfast was great
Disliked: Disappointed - the girl at the desk was snobbishly rude(Humana) and not at all welcoming or friendly said there was a $100 there was no mention about a deposit on Booking.com roll her eyes at me and said it was and to look again I did and there is no mention of it. There’s also no mention of an $18 parking fee in a shop being complex type parking lot. She was not welcoming or friendly I said goodbye. Have a nice day and she said nothing. bathtub was dirty with orange slime, and the bottom of the tub was also dingy and not really clean. Kind of black picture doesn’t do it justice and there was some stain on one of the beds sheets under the pillow.

Great facilities, lovely staff.

Liked: Nice facilities with pool and whirlpool that was warm and clean. Used the outdoor patio and heater.
Disliked: Just a bit out of town.
