Disliked: I was super sick. My partner staying with me had gone to work. I couldn’t find my phone to pay for the room so they kicked me out. We had a reservation. My partner was on her way to pay in 5 minutes. She didn’t know because again I couldn’t find my phone. Not one of them took 1 second to listen. I was so sick I didn’t want to go around people to pay the bill and get them sick. Worst customer service I have ever encountered on a business trip. The charged me got the room of the night they kicked me out on also. Thieves!!!

Ended alright, hotel was ok...
Liked: Staff was nice, just wasn't able to do much to help us get money back on our room since we had to downgrade. Breakfast was decent. Glad the pool was outdoors rather than indoors. Good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Bugs in the sleeper sofa in the king suite I paid for. They only had standard king rooms available to switch us into. It took an hour from start to finish to get to a new room , move our stuff from the old room, etc and because the desk staff gave me keys that didn't work for our new room....twice. We arrived at 9pm and hoped to crash early because my daughter had an early softball game the next morning. Didn't get settled into our new room until 10pm. I didn't sleep well at all, felt itchy and wondered if there were bugs in all the rooms. :( Hotel staff couldn't compensate me for the difference between the two rooms ( I also used AAA rate) so I am still waiting for booking.com to refund me the difference. I also feel like it should be discounted after the poor experience we had. Also, the jacuuzi was green and we were not able to go in it as we had hoped after a long day on the softball firlds.

Nice employees
Liked: Employees were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The air vents in the room were filthy with thick dust, it was even coming out of the plug in the bathroom.
