Liked: The breakfast was good. It was maintained constantly by the staff so everything was hot and yummy
Disliked: There needs to be a fan in the bathroom. My wife was trying to get ready to head out and she was sweating. Plus the bathroom door always closes. We had to prop it open with two trash cans. Not ideal at all.

Liked: Friendliness. And professionalism of the customer service person at the front desk when we arrived
Disliked: Room was near the ice machine

Liked: The staff were great! The styrofoam cups not so great!
Disliked: The styrofoam cups everywhere my husband was unable to shower in the second room we had to move to as the side of the bathtub was too high for him to manage with his mobility issues, yes, I did contact the hotel when I booked and the first room had a much lower bathtub but the carpet was extremely sticky so we were moved to a different room but as I said he couldn’t shower.
