Disliked: They offered breakfast but it was horrible also they said their pool was available and it was green and not available that was one reason I booked there and didn’t get to enjoy that!!!

Disliked: The TV did not work. The staff attempted three times, but they were unable to resolve the issue.Had issues with keys. The hotel was under staffed.

These concerns were minor but...

Liked: The location of the hotel placed me approximately in the middle of the.3 main places I travel, it was clean, quiet and I could keep an eye on my vehicle. Great location for restaurants and grocery store.
Disliked: Ice was unavailable on my floor, breakfast potatoes were undercooked and the coffee wasn't very hot.

Liked: The beautiful lobby
Disliked: When you walk into the lobby it is like wow beautiful. I got to my room and was truly disappointed. The room was not fresh at all. The smelled in the room and bathroom like old wood that was wet and never replaced. Clearly, these rooms needs to be remodeled. The decor and furniture and the hard bed is truly outdated and needs to be replaced. That blue chair that smells like it's been there and not cleaned. I just think the best thing is too remodel those rooms.
