Liked: The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Liked: The front desk is very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The price was a bit high. The pool water was freezing. The window in the room was very dirty. Called the housekeeper in, and they did clean it, but yuck! The sliding door for the bathroom and closet is "not good for a family."

Sebastian is a great asset.

Liked: Sebastian was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He's definitely an asset to your company. I hope he gets recognized for the great job he does.
Disliked: Really nothing. It was a great stay. Maybe offer a senior discount?

Disappointed but definite potential

Liked: The room was beautiful. Staff was great. Nice, quiet location.
Disliked: After a long week on the road, I just wanted to sleep. Expensive but that was ok. Then, I got to the room, unpacked and found the ac was broken. Was switched to another room after troubleshooting was unsuccessful & being told the wiring was faulty on some of the ac units. Second room, ac was also broken. Ended up sleeping from 130-430 due to it being so hot and stuffy. Over $200 for a few hours of sleep was disappointing, to say the least.

Probably won’t stay again; but...

Liked: Had all the regular Hilton amenities that we like; staff was very friendly
Disliked: The upkeep is just there. The toliet in our room never worked; there was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower; the furniture was older than most Hampton inns we’ve stayed at; shower was kinda ick.
