Disliked: The water in the tub did not go down very fast while showering. The whole faucet for the tub was loose, including the plug, and that made the water come up even faster if you didn't pay close attention. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. If there was supposed to be one it didn't work.

Liked: The front desk is very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The price was a bit high. The pool water was freezing. The window in the room was very dirty. Called the housekeeper in, and they did clean it, but yuck! The sliding door for the bathroom and closet is "not good for a family."

Sebastian is a great asset.

Liked: Sebastian was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He's definitely an asset to your company. I hope he gets recognized for the great job he does.
Disliked: Really nothing. It was a great stay. Maybe offer a senior discount?
