Nice place with pleasant employees.

Liked: Comfortable beds; not to noisy.
Disliked: Having to swipe key cards for everything and them not working all the time; shower head too high to adjust if you are a short person.

Liked: location and room was so beautiful and i will be back soon.

Disliked: It would have been nice to include parking as a courtesy while staying at the hotel.

Disliked: Not kept up, messy, the way to the stairs was back through all their offices and laundry room. Elevator was the worst elevator I’ve ever been on.

Disliked: We didn’t receive any housekeeping services! No fresh towels were offered. Trash from wasn’t emptied; had to ask for a trash bag to replace the very full one in our room.

Disliked: Doors are locked so takes forever to even get inside to check in. They also tried to tell me my payment failed when I was checking out although it was clearly on my credit card statement then when I requested a manager like magic the problem was fixed. Scammers
