The hotel did not distract...

Liked: The location was ideal for meeting friends, enjoying a delightful breakfast, and exploring the surrounding area.t was good,and friendly.
Disliked: Upon entering, I noticed the musty atmosphere and signs of inadequate housekeeping. The room appeared neglected, with visible maintenance issues in the bathroom, including a malfunctioning sink handle and stopper. The lack of complimentary bottled water further detracted from the overall guest experience.

IT was the worse hotel...

Liked: The lady when we checked out was very kind.
Disliked: we were exhausted from packing trailers for 14 hours and we didn't get there until 11pm. The 1st room we got was like another person was staying there. The beds were not made and there was hair dye and towels all in the bathroom and room.. I told the manager and he didn't believe me and had to come look for himself. Then he took us to another room and her said oooh you can't stay here and told us to wait in the hallway with all our luggage. We waited in a random hallway for almost 20 minutes until he came back again with another key to the room... When we finally got into a room at midnight, the fridge didn't work, the phone didn't work and the tub would not drain. We called again and they said they could fix the next day. Thank goodness my nephew can do maintenance and cleared the drain of hair, and grout. Grout was falling off the shower walls and the tiles were loose on the floor in the bathroom. AND!!! the sell of mildew hit us in the face every time we opened the hotel room door. So, you see this was the worst experience of my life!!!!! I always us Hampton and always used to have family and friends stay at this hotel when visiting. BUT!!!! not again sorry!!!
