Disliked: We could only get one key card for the room. The pool was too cold to swim in. The ice machine on the third floor was broken.

Disliked: They told us there was a heated pool it wasnt heated and the hot tub was broken. I had a 5, 6 and 7 year old with me and the whole reason we wanted to stay there was because they wanted to swim
