I will never be back...
Liked: Room was spacious but sink was clogging and internet was poor!
Disliked: - Very poor breakfast.- Gym was closed for renovation as I had been told which was a lie as it was used for storage and I had to use the gym of Comfort Inn which was literally enough for 1 person at a time, smelly, no decent weights or equipment, and above all I was asked to leave when a comfort Inn guest needed to use the gym. The situation with Hampton Inn’s gym is the same for the past 4 months as Inhad been told by Comfort Inn Hotel.- As Hilton Honnors member, I asked for 1 hour late departure, but I was still charged $25 for that!

Disliked: I travel to Brownsburg for work every 2 months and I stay at your location and every time there is always a problem with the air conditioning I don't believe I will be staying with you anymore

Liked: I did not like:1. There was only one time in 3 nights/days that qa staff member was actually at the front desk. I called for help a couple of times and the phone was answered once out of 3 tries.2. I asked a Housekeeping worker and his supervisor to please clean up my room. I gave him a $5 tip as I was leaving the room. He accepted it. The room was never cleaned in 3 days. In truth, after I was snubbed on the firts morning, I did not give a hoot about how I kept the room. Reverted back to my college dorm days. The job to clean up was a much heavier lift for him than it would have been.3. Shoddy service and attention to detail always results in declining business results. This is the second Hampton Inn (Chico, CA was the other last fall) where the staff was essentially non-existant.4. To add insult to injury, my last morning there was a bit of a panic. I was online with Apple Care trying to get my sister's iPad to work. I needed some info regarding the Hotel WiFi and called to the desk- of course that was the the times where it took 3 calls over 30 minutes to actually reach someone. I was rushing to get complete and out the door to get to the airport. As I was wrapping up with Apple and packing in parallel, I get a knock on the door from Housekeeping (the guy who took my $5 and did not clean the room) to ask when I was leaving as he needed to clean the room. I said I would be out in 10 minutes. Then, 5 minutes later, the Front Desk called and said they would have to charge me a late fee if I was not out in 10 more minutes. Fortunately, I made it out in time and did not get charged a late check out fee. (Which was legit- not complaining about he policy - just the irony that when I needed help - they were not there- but when they need to enforce their policy they were all over me like a cheap suit. When I got into the parking lot, there were only 2 cars left. So there was no backlog of customers waiting for clean rooms.
Disliked: I did like the free bottles of water.

Good stay with an excellent...
Liked: The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The elevators worked flawlessly.
Disliked: I kept getting tangled up in the mattress cover at night since it was too small to stay on the bed properly. The cleaning staff kept spilling some liquid on the floor and elevator floor.
