Our visit July 26 was our first to Hampton Inn/Fishers and to the area. We attend the Foo Fighters concert at Ruoff Center and this hotel had the best rate and was so close. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the area as well. As someone who has to follow a gluten-free diet, I was happily surprised that the free breakfast offered plenty of options outside of the usual cereal and bagels. We plan to visit again in the future and would recommend it to others.
Liked: Very friendly staff and our room was immaculate.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that we were unable to enjoy the pool and spa but that is only because we returned to our room so late!

Liked: The staff was very professional and welcoming. Linda, who serves the snacks from 6:00-8:00 pm couldn't have been any nicer. Enjoyed our time!

Hampton Inn's usually provide clean, comfortable rooms and this location did not disappoint us at all. Good location, friendly and helpful staff - we were very pleased.
Liked: Very clean even though there were some renovations going on. The person behind the desk was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The only room available was priced a little higher than what we were looking for.

Disliked: Wish breakfast was at least a little more than warm. Did not matter what time we sent down for it eggs, potatoes, meats, were barely warm. The do it yourself waffles though were the bomb

Liked: The breakfast was average The location was good
Disliked: Your Pet policy is terrible . 75 dollar pet fee for 1-4 days. Then 150 for 5-10 days . I bet the majority of your guests stay 1 day. Therefore they pay for 3 unused days. Also you are to get a marker for your room noting Pet Guest. I was never offered one . And very poor area to take you pet out. Im at loss what the 75 dollars service is for? Most motels are 25-50 dollars with no day qualifications.

Friendly staff, not as clean...
Liked: The staff was amazing! Every single person we interacted with was great. Super quick and easy check in and check out. Pretty good hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The room was filthy. There was bodily fluids on our top sheet. I walked down to the desk to ask for a new one. They gave me a fitted sheet. There was bodily fluid on the bed skirt as well. The shower door didn't slide and I had to pick it up to move it. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The desk had dried food on it.
