Hampton Inn By Hilton and Suites Hudson WI

The hotel was great but...

Liked: The breakfast was great, good variety of food that was prepared very well (eggs were just right, sausages were hot).
Disliked: I tried to change my reservation to remove one of the days and that was a huge hassle. The customer service was unable to remove just one day, I was told I had to book a new room and then cancel the existing reservation. Why couldn't I just keep the room that I had already reserved? This is a failure of the uppermanagement that think they can get away with inconveniencing their customers.

Disliked: No cable, only a few channels to choose from. Did have Netflix, Hulu, etc

Solid, as usual.

Liked: You can trust that Hampton will be at least solid. Not flashy, but clean and great location. Above average breakfast included.

Liked: The coffee supply was not refilled, and it was only 11 oclock
Disliked: longer breakfast hours
