Liked: The Bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. I was sad to leave them behind. 😆😆 The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay with no complaints.
Disliked: I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

Would definitely stay there again
Liked: Food was fine, times of breakfast was good , not crowded.Like the fact there were facilities for laundry, although we didn’t need it, there was a gym and pool, and ice, so much better than English hotels! Staff were very polite and helpful, plenty of parking and in a great position for our visit
Disliked: Not a fan of the paper plates and plastic cutlery , seems a waste as it was not recycled,we just put everything in the bin. There was a staff meeting held in the foyer at 09.50 (Monday 18 August) which we felt was not appropriate, should have been held in private as guest had to walk through the middle of it to exit the hotel and there could have been private items being discussed.By car it was a little difficult to find the way in and out , but once we worked it out it was fine

Liked: It’s close to home.
Disliked: While the hotel staff were genuinely kind and did their best to accommodate us, unfortunately, our stay fell well short of expectations. From the start, there was a persistent high-pitched noise in our room that didn’t go away even after switching rooms, which made resting difficult. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning in our room was broken, and the overall cooling system throughout the hotel was clearly struggling—making the hallways uncomfortably hot.It was a stressful situation made worse by these issues. Beyond that, the hotel itself shows signs that it’s due for a thorough update and maintenance. It would benefit greatly from a detailed inspection by corporate management to identify and address these ongoing problems. I sincerely hope the hotel takes these steps to improve for future guests.

A great stay and it...
Liked: The staff were outstanding. Lessa in particular could not be more helpful or friendlier. The folks who keep the breakfasts going (I cannot remember their names, but it was a lady and her daughter) were amazing.
Disliked: Something really small, but for the suite we had, can you provide more than one rolling chair? Two would be awesome.
