Liked: Room was dirty. The desk table something sticky on it. Floor was also sticky and rather icky. Ice machines broken in every floor other than first floor.

Liked: The lady running the front desk (I think her name was Elisa. She did an outstanding job assisting with the other people going to the cruise port. She also sat up a early wake up call and scheduled our taxi for 3:00AM for us. She also allowed us early entrance into our room. We were not there for breakfast. The location was good as we just walked across the road where we had many choices for restaurants.
