Fantastic staff and stay

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staff on Saturday went above and beyond to help us sign in early so we could get to my granddaughter’s wedding at 2:30. We were staying at another hotel that was dreadful. We were able to get a room at Hampton and register a bit early. Thank you!!! Also, commendation to the Sunday morning chef who managed the food service alone that day. Despite what must have been a hectic morning for her, she was kind and sweet to all.
Disliked: Only small item- faucet in bathroom sink is wobbly and in need of repair or replacement. All else was fantastic.

Work trip made useless with...

Liked: The property in itself was clean and comfortable. Under normal circumstances, I would’ve probably been pleased.
Disliked: Upon arrival they had no WiFi. This trip was not for leisure. I choose the location with intentions of requiring internet for work. The entire stay was without internet which meant I couldn’t work at all. There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience either. If I had been given proper notice, I could’ve made alternate arrangement.
