Clean and comfortable. Visit was really nice and would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Using the key to get in and out of the doors; not bad - just cumbersome.

Liked: The room was very dirty…we opened the sofa bed for my kids to use and it had chewed gum and hair all over the sheets…the chairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a LONG time. The main areas were very clean..and it was busy with a lot of families for some sort of tournament. There were a lot of badly behaved kids in the pool area without any parents around, but the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. They felt bad about the sheets and brought up new linens right away.
