Liked: The staff was wonderful. She gave us a map of the area and suggested a place for dinner and it was awesome. There was so much to choose from for breakfast. This was one of the reasons I chose to stay there. The location was great, close to stores and Water Country was only a short ride away. I will absolutely stay there again.

Overall is was okay, purchase...

Liked: I liked the modern room and hotel. The breakfast had multiple options but was lied to about the protein. The housekeepers were friendlier than the front desk people including the manager.
Disliked: Prior to booking I double checked the hot breakfast protein options online as this is important to my family and even called the hotel and was told they rotate sausage, bacon and maple kielbasa daily. That is not the case. Sausage was served all 4 mornings of our stay. Nightly, when asked the manager claimed he didn’t know what breakfast the following day would be which I find odd as he is the manager. Upon speaking to an employee of the kitchen she stated sausage is the cheapest option and they only serve bacon once a week because of cost and serve it when they aren’t sold out. Further, I asked for extra blanket upon booking and upon arrival was told that there wasn’t any and that booking.com doesn’t carry over special requests. Perhaps this can be fixed? I assumed an extra blanket would not be an issue especially as it was previously requested and I have cancer so am always cold.

Disliked: Extra breakfast hours to 10:00 or 11:00 am for those on vacation seeking to sleep in late..
