Passable

Disliked: 3 times no hot water. Finialy waited approx 10 min with water running and Finialy got some. Moms room ac didn't work neither did the blinds. Had to use her shower twice

The stay was comfortable, and...

Liked: It was easy to get to from the highway. There were carts to put luggage on.
Disliked: The ice machines weren’t working on floors 2 & 3, I didn’t try floor 4, but it was working on floor 1.
