Liked: Was a great room and most amenities breakfast was above average and well taken care of and maintained the coffee being provided 24/7 and good quality always stocked and clean everything was very clean except for the pool I was also led to believe there was a Jacuzzi I don't know why we stayed in one of the king suites it was a beautiful room we were kind of out by ourselves which was nice on the top floor very grateful to the staff for their hard work they were kind and careful with us we would stay there again if it wasn't for the hair floating around in the pool which made it very unappealing unfortunately we would have given it top rating I would have loved a jacuzzi though even a tub in the room or something would have been nice thank you

Disliked: Asked if I could get late checkout as we had a wedding at 2 and checkout was 11. Told I couldn’t because I wasn’t a Hilton member and had booked through third party. Next time I’ll book direct. Wasn’t aware there were disadvantages of using third party to book.
