Hampton Inn Romulus, MI Detroit...

Liked: The room set up was great. That bed and those pillows were so comfortable. I loved the room!

Pleasant

Disliked: The AC worked fine but the heat did not. When it was turned on it smelled like burning hair. Made the entire room stink. Had no heat on in the room at all. That was disappointing.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast, great variety of food choices and super pristine clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and hotel was really quiet. The quick free shuttle from airport was really convenient and the driver was very friendly.

Frustrating at first but overall...

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean. Comfy
Disliked: It took 40 minutes to check in for a room I already paid for due to a $1.57 discrepancy between the hotel and booking.com
