Convenient Airport Stay

Liked: Large room with comfy beds, coffee station, and a complimentary water. Plus, a very convenient airport shuttle!
Disliked: I had requested a late check out on my reservation, and was told to ask when I arrived. When I arrived I asked again, and was told to check in the morning. I checked in the morning, and was told 1 free hour, or pay for an entire night. If this is the policy, I should have been told immediately so I could make an informed decision. A staggered pay system for additional hours needed, would have been helpful.
