Not bad but the hotel...

Liked: Location, free breakfast, friendly staff, plenty of room to park our boat.
Disliked: Property is nice but showing signs of wear. Carpet in room was dirty, frayed, upholstered furniture in lounging / breakfast areas was very stained and dirty. A bit rundown looking.

Uncomfortable on many levels.

Liked: Very convenient location. I like the free coffee in the morning and the breakfast was okay, not great , but gets the job done.
Disliked: The hotel is dirty and loud. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. The hotel was advertised as newly renovated.? The parking lot is dim, not many lights at all. The Holiday Inn next door is very well lit in comparison.I traveled for business and the desk is teeny. My neighbor’s kids were up until 2:30 am. If you are traveling for business, I would NOT recommend this locale. I will not return to this venue.

Overall good two nights

Liked: Location great, room size good, clean hotel, no bed bugs which always a plus, nice size bathroom, AWESOME that they had nice shampoo, body wash etc in the bathroom. Hair dryers mini fridge and microwave. Also Shawn or Sean I am not sure how he spells his name was AWESOME give all nice to him. He gave a bereavement rate for one of my nights because attending a funeral, my other night was through booking.com and he also kept us in our same room so we didn't have to move, and on the Top floor 4th
Disliked: The morning desk man is a RUDE person. He was nice when we checked in at 130am, but was a rude person when we checked out. He called me a bitch under his breath when I left the desk and I wasn't even rude. Also the breakfast sucked not good for a Hampton Inn, beds were really uncomfortable HARD and we had 3 other rooms and they didn't like them either, the pool was gross was cloudy and cold with splashing kids, hot tub was good per my husbands opinion, parking great.

Disliked: We stayed March 14 and 15 2025. Around 1am we were woken up by a man and two women yelling and screaming for an hour and a half. We noticed, that they were drinking. Was best not to ask to them. Told the front desk about the situation. Asked if we could switched rooms. They let us even gave us an upgrade. I know the front desk couldn t fo anything, but they were real nice and calm about the situation. Will stay again. It s really nice there
