Disliked: It seemed that you were short staffed in keeping the food/coffee supplied. The coffee carafe was empty and the employee was extremely busy dealing with the food items when someone asked about the coffee.

Liked: The location of the hotel is 1 block from the Spokane River. Fresh towels were provided every day. The hotel is very clean. The pet area outside was big and provided doggy bags. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The fireplace in the lobby/main room was warm and cozy.
Disliked: The different style of eggs they provide each day were too salty. Every day the bananas were too ripe.

Liked: Nice hotel with good views. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Nice furnishings and set up. Had nice big pool, jaccuzzi, and fitness center. Friendly staff. Easy to get to.Within walking distance to restaurants.
Disliked: My only complaint was lack of notepad/paper & pen and no information about the area in the room
