Great hotel in the perfect location.

For the cost of 240$...
Liked: *Great location and rooms were big!*The room was well air conditioned and had a lot of space. *The breakfast options were good-but the hot items were not restocked quickly. *Check in and check out were quick and easy. *Plenty of parking
Disliked: *The couch in the room was disgusting with stains all over it. *The hot tub had a gross green color. *The doors in the room were very difficult to open and close.* The toilet made an awful sound every time it flushed-so it woke up family all night. *The shower got water all over the floor and there was no way to avoid it. *It is advertised that they have Netflix and Disney plus-but you had to enter your own account info-so that was false advertising. *The pool area had no air conditioning-so they propped a door open (100 degrees outside so it didn't really help). Made me feel unsafe when alone in the pool area with my young son-anyone could walk into the pool from the parking lot without using their key card. *The decor and the elevators need updating.

Disliked: Address to hotel says Battlefield Blvd. Actually entrance is on a different street!Very confusing and irritating as this was a divided road and caused inconvenience trying to find correct entrance

Most comfortable and convenient to...
Liked: Enjoyed breakfast, room, beds were comfortable, parking easily accessed, elevators convenient, two sink locations were accommodating...very pleased.
Disliked: I made reaervation through Booking.com, called ahead to confirm, and upon arrival it took awhile to locate reservation. I am not complaining and would not have mentioned it without this question. Please advise best way to make a reservation with you.
