Liked: The location was superb! Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was fantastic. Only wish there were more meat choices like turkey bacon or chicken sausages.
Disliked: The wood floors were gorgeous BUT they are not senior citizens friendly. The rolling office chair was very difficult to get in and out of for a senior citizen as there was no carpet to grip the wheels to hold it steadily. Very dangerous for an 80 year old. Also would have been nice to have a sitting chair next to the sofa in the suite rooms. The parking spots were VERY tight and hard to navigate as they ended at a dead end and hard to turn around

Liked: The facility itself was nice, clean and staff up front were friendly and very helpful. The bed, uncomfortable! Dip in the middle and very firm. Woke up with a sore lower back. The art in the room is disturbing. You can hear everything outside the room! The housekeeping in the morning were so loud. Banging on our door. I yelled we were fine. 20 min later they unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully I had the door stopper on. They slammed doors up and down the hall way. Throwing stuff around. Very rude. Parking is awful! Thankfully, we were only there 1 night.

Liked: We had a great experience! The hotel was close to where we could walk to the aquarium and marina, there’s a lot of things to do with the kiddos and even if you want to grab a drink to wind down, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great.
