Great location but the rooms...

Liked: The location was within walking distance to several restaurants to the Discovery Museum and Aquarium. The breakfast had an assortment of breads, and juices to drink. It had eggs, sausage, coffee and waffles, etc. The room had very cold A.C and had nice blackout curtains.
Disliked: We did not like how noisy the room was on our floor. Unfortunately, we had a family next door whose dog barked insensately. Other guests on our floor slammed the doors throughout the night. The bathroom did not have a working ventilation system so you could see the water droplets, moisture, and moldy areas forming on the ceiling. My son and I woke of in the morning, to several bug bites on different areas in our bodies and we slept in different beds. Parking garages both led to dead ends a nightmare to maneuver if you drive and SUV or truck.

I wish we had booked...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. We got all checked in, found the EV charger and connected for a bit. (We have free charging with Electrify America, so we didn't stay charging for very long) we walked around and took in the shops. We then stopped for dinner. The next morning we walked down to the river. It was really lovely. That area is just beautiful.
Disliked: We were only there for one night, and everything worked out quite well.

Me and the kids had...

Liked: Maybe the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was perfectly located walking distance from attractions. My kids loved the pool!!! Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
Disliked: My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken the first day we stayed and it made for long waits. It was repaired the next day so all was well.
