Liked: What I loved, was Kirsten. I had an early flight to land well before check in. She notated my reservation and I was able to be accommodated. She should be recognized personally also for her bubbly smile and customer service. Room was decent but I’ve had much much better for that price and location. Translation: Its a Steak 48, PF Changs, and Del Frisco’s less than 5 minutes away. I just expected better. Thats all

Liked: When I got to the hotel to check in.I was told I had to wait 10 mins cause my room wasn't clean and this at 3:10 pm. I waited until almost 4 pm on the room to be cleaned.then got it the room my used a outlet for a curl iron and went to plug it....the whole plug came out the wall.Talk to someone at the front desk about the plug coming out the wall.They acted like they didn't care and offer me 5000 Hilton honors points....I guess cause I said something about the plug.
