Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Charleston/Mt. Pleasant-Isle Of Palms

Hello, we just left your hotel yesterday. It was so great that we told the employee at the desk that we stay at around four hotels a year, being traveling bodybuilders, and your hotel was by far the best to date! Would actually pick that room over staying in an apartment. All the amenities of home, not to mention spotless! We got to choose what floor we wanted and the breakfast was great! We ate lunch at the Applebee's around the corner and the Longhorns around the corner for dinner (without the worry of getting lost at night by going out the way ). It says a 5 is excellent? I'm giving it an 10!!! Thanks for making our trip a great one...

Liked: Breakfast was good and had a lot of sestingy
Disliked: The staff was rude and constantly yelling at peoples children, even when they were not doing anything wrong

Disliked: We only stayed one Night - though I paid for two nights. Plans had to be changed. Kids were running up and down the hall ways after nine and in the early morning as well. Don't know where the parents were. The desk person was upset with the guests as well.

Liked: Location was good, but not enough close parking, had to park in the shopping center behind.
Disliked: Kitchenette was outdated and coffee both in the room and at breakfast was not good. The bathtub spout was loose from the wall and the shower diverter did not work well. barely enough water to wash hair. The shower curtain had been cut off the bottom, probably mold, instead of replacing it. Had a bug on my pillow so no sleep for fear of bugs. Called for maintenance who was supposed to spray for bugs, and fix tub, the smear of silicon just came apart.
