Overpriced rooms for almost no...

Liked: Scrambled eggs good. Coffee okay. Only one kind of bread for toast: what about wheat and rye? Out of bacon, staff said there was no more. Out of bagels. Room seemed clean.
Disliked: No ice for rooms on 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors. Broken machines.Asked for handicapped room, got one with tub, although there were grab bars.Because of rehabbing bldg., you should have reduced your high prices. Very dirty hall carpets. No gym use. Lobby so full when we arrived.' long wait for check in, and when we did, we were charged way over our printed out confirmation!!

Stay was okay

Liked: Staff was friendly and housekeeping was very attentive
Disliked: They charged 50 dollars per day for incidentals and that was not mentioned on the booking site. Also the pillows are very small.

Pleasant

Liked: Extremely friendly employees. Great breakfast, as well.
Disliked: The pool was not heated and very cloudy. Also, the hot tub didn't have any water in it. But at booking, it wasn't told that it wasn't in working order.

Liked: The property was pleasant and clean. The continental breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We were there for 30 minutes (about 4:00pm) the power went out and a tornado watch alarm sounded on our phones. We had no idea what to do or where to go. No backup generators and power wasn’t restored until 3:30am. No discounts were applied for our inconvenience and need to buy flashlights and lanterns. Said it was a booking.com policy
