Convenient after flying in they...

Underwhelming and not worth the...

Liked: The rooms and property were clean the bed was comfortable but pillows were horrible.
Disliked: There were no luggage carts when we checked in,and didn't see any when we left. When we asked the front desk about them he did not seem to care he responded if they aren't down here then they aren't here. All the hot food in the breakfast bar was drastically under cooked and unappealing. The sausage was pale and soggy, the potatoes were undercooked and not seasoned. The egg felt like rubber. I had booked an accessible room which did not have any accessible features besides the lower peep hole on the door. The level of customer service was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

Liked: Room was quiet and seemed clean. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Hallways and elevators seemed a bit grubby. Looked like elevators have been swept, so piles of dirt in each corner. A vacuum might be needed!
