Liked: Hotel room was big.
Disliked: Breakfast was only until 10 a.m.

Perfect hotel.

Disliked: Nothing.

The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Close to First Niagara Stadium, Anchor Bar and other venues.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely stay

Liked: The room was lovely. After a long day of travel and sight-seeing, coming back to a clean, fresh, and air-conditioned room was very welcoming.
Disliked: Cost.

It was a good stay.

Liked: The bedroom was beautiful and decently spacious. Everything was ok and we would stay again. Just a few issues that could be fixed.
Disliked: The room wasn't spotless, dust on the moulding and spots on the bathroom wall. The pool was visibly dirty and had chunks of hair and strings floating around for days. Witnessed a bandaid in the pool for the full 3 day stay. The hottub had a strange smell. The breakfast was monotonous. The same thing every single day was a bit boring. Also, $20 a day is steep for an easily accessible parking lot with no place for animals to potty, even though it says it is pet friendly.

Liked: Comfortable bed, fantastic location, on site parking for a fee was easy.
Disliked: Free Breakfast was ok, can definitely find something you like. Lots of choices. Could be extended to 10:30 at least if check out is at noon! Locked up tight by 10 am!!!
