Great location. Great people! Facilities...

Liked: The downtown location was wonderful! Walkable to great restaurants & the old state house. The breakfast staff & front desk staff were super friendly! But my favorite was the maintenance man who came to address clogged drains! So chill & super fast & helpful!
Disliked: The fitness center was unavailable- a huge deal to my husband & daughter- it was being used for storage!!! The elevators were scary noisy. But the worst is paying for parking when you already pay for room that includes lots of taxes.

It was excellent, the staff...

Liked: The location was great, we were able to explore downtown.
Disliked: My 5 year old said she was bored a lot. Not necessarily the worst thing but there isn’t much for younger crowd that I found.

Superb

Liked: Nice and clean! They are going through a remodel and we were fortunate enough to get a room on a floor that was done! The breakfast staff was awesome. The lady, her name starts with a W was a highlight, you have a gem there.
Disliked: Ice machines did not work on our floor but understandable.

Kinda sucky.

Liked: Location downtown close to restaurants
Disliked: The shower floor was extremely slippery. Took a lot of concentration and no quick moves not to slip and fall. Of the four different couples I was associated with. One had problems with their water temperatures, another had those same problems and the tv control didn’t work, and the other two experienced no problems. I had to pay $15 per day parking while one of the others paid $25 and the other two paid nothing. When I asked why I was told they knew nothing about it and that that is just the way it is.
