Disliked: Refrigerator was out. Light behind TV flickered. Alarm clock wasn’t plugged in. Stains on the bedding.

I enjoy staying at this...

Liked: I like the friendly and accommodating staff. They are always helpful. The breakfast is always delicious.
Disliked: There is usually something broken in my room. This time, towel bar fell off the wall. One of the legs to the desk table was barely attached. The freezer in the mini fridge does not keep ice cream frozen, usually melts.
