It was wonderful, the staff...

Liked: The most important part, was that it was so CLEAN. The rooms were immaculate. The lobby and dining areas were clean. People were mopping and making sure it looked nice all the time. My family felt very comfortable and safe here. And it was easy to relax because of how clean it was. We LOVED the breakfast. Other than visiting the Georgia aquarium, the buffet breakfast was our favorite part. We looked forward to it every morning. Also, their coffee is EXCEPTIONAL. It's not even just good hotel coffee, it's like premium brewed with premium beans and brewed the right way. It was so delicious just black that I craved it at 5pm at night just to have a few sips. Phenomenal. And last, but not least, the staff are absolutely amazing. They're so insanely friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile, was willing to address any issue, or even just ask us how we were enjoying our trip and our stay. It was lovely. And we will absolutely be back!
Disliked: I'm sure there's always areas to improve - but I don't have any true feedback. For us, it was a perfect stay.

Liked: Loved how close it was to local food and shopping options.
Disliked: I wish i knew it was right next to the Braves Stadium. Fortunately there was no game going on, but had there been, it would have been a traffic NIGHTMARE! It would be good to help plan around that.

Liked: Everything was excellent except the breakfast.
Disliked: The complementary breakfast needed some help. Grits would have been nice with some REAL scrambled eggs. Maybe some sausage, egg and cheese biscuits you can microwave would be nice.

Liked: Clean! The room,lobby,and grounds were clean and well kept.The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe.There was plenty of soap,shampoo,and conditioner.
Disliked: Pool was closed. A little disappointing because I had planned on doing some laps that evening but we were there for one night so it wasn't a big deal.

The stay at the hotel...

Liked: First and foremost the room, lobby, and grounds were very clean and well kept. Folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Felt safe in the area and hotel. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion (not the tiny bottles). Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed. I had planned on swimming that evening BUT it wasn't a priority and we were only there for one night. As far as the billing process (which was not the fault of the hotel) I was not pleased. I booked through Priceline for a grand total of $208.09 and when I checked out, I was billed by Booking.com and the grand total was $230.32. Booking.com should credit me the difference, we'll see. But this does make me second guess booking through these 3rd party websites. Never had an issue like this before.

Liked: Everything! The location was convenient to walk to many places to eat or lounge. The staff were absolutely pleasant, and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean everywhere inside the room as well as the common areas, and it was quiet. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness when I’m away from home, that was the most important part.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect for my stay
