Liked: The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The location was not great. We thought it was more within walking distance to more amenities. However, even if it was we did not feel comfortable going outside or walking the area around the hotel. It was across the street from a hospital and had unfavorable people surrounding the property and in the parking garage.

Liked: The staff was friendly room was clean. The staff allowed us to keep the same room because we decided to stay an extra night. Nice hot shower.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. Employees were friendly.
Disliked: Our room was super noisy because it’s located next to a hospital and on a noisy corner. Sirens all night, horns honking, homeless camped outside so you couldn’t walk there and yelling all night.

Bad Neighborhood

Liked: Very nice staff, appropriate action by Venu to hire security
Disliked: The neighborhood. Not safe. Not easy to have to explain to your children..drugs & homeless EVERYWHERE. Like BAD. Nodding out right on the street infront of the hotel. Not the hotels fault. Nice hotel, horrible location. Im VERY glad my husband was with me and I was not solo.

Hotel itself was lovely and...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and everything I needed was there Bed was comfortable and there was good view from the window
Disliked: Location was poor- no shops nearby even to buy some drinks or snacks , very far away from metro stations
