Everything is minimal except the...
Liked: Less than 10 minutes walk to subway. The breakfast is VERY good.
Disliked: For the hotel: You have to pay extra for almost anything you want to use there. The only free things were two bottled water the staff gave me when I arrived! Even for fast WiFi you have to pay extra! The free WiFi is slow (attached pictures) and it stops working every now and then. I asked the staff about that and they said it is going to come back in couple of minutes but it didn't work at least for several hours. I used my phone's Internet after that until the end of my stay. 24h bar is not free (attached pictures). Just coffee and tea is free. For the room: First of all, the room didn't have refrigerator even though it was mentioned in the Booking website that it should have it (attached picture). They don't have slippers in their rooms so bring a pair with you if you need them. The rooms are not sound proof at all! You can hear any sound around you in the room. You can hear neighbor opening and closing their room's door and even talking to each other IN their room! and also sound from cars passing by the street (my room was in the 4th floor). The time I was there, a construction was also going on in front of the hotel and that sound was also super loud and annoying. I couldn't sleep well there. The bathtub stopper didn't work well and the water was keep going fast even after closing the stopper. The TV didn't show anything, so just a black screen in the room showing no channel is available. I tried all the keys on the remote control but only power on and off worked and no available channel. I couldn't even connect my laptop to it. Maybe I had to pay extra for that one too! The closet was VERY narrow (attached pictures). It caused my jacket's sleeve stuck between the door and break my jacket's sleeve button when closing the door!!! It had an important talk in NY, but the noise, WiFi, and that closet issue that damaged my jacket made staying there a nightmare to me.

State was great, location was...
Liked: Kila Lewis the front desk agent was our first impression upon walking up to the Front desk an it was a great one! She was professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she answered any questions I had and she is one of the reasons why my family and I will come back, She and other staff that we had contact with should be recognized and commended!
