Disliked: No channel guide, bad tv reception, loud heater in the room every time it kicked on it made noises, room was t the one I chose online for pre check in

Disappointing

Disliked: The toilet was offed they gave us a plunger and then did nothing. We couldn’t get it unclogged for a while and when called the front desk just said she couldn’t do anything bc there was no maintenance there. We ended up pouring hot water down the toilet and got it ttfixed but never offered us another room or anything . The over also was stained and so was the chair

Liked: The location of the hotel.
Disliked: The bathroom had mold around the shower, the conditioner was empty. The hotel looked like it is in need of a makeover. The sheets on one of the beds had brown and red stains on them and did not appear clean. The pool was cold for being indoor and the hot tub was cloudy. This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Hampton Inn.
