Perfect for our family gathering.

Liked: The hotel is clean, well maintained, has an indoor pool, fitness center, great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, and is conveniently located near Wegmans, restaurants, etc. The staff were always friendly, efficient and accommodating, especially with regard to our family member who is disabled. We had 14 family members, who rarely have the opportunity to see each other, gathered there for a memorial service. The staff was kind enough to let us order in food and gather in the dining area on our last night together, which was far better than trying to all go out to a restaurant. The room rates are a bit high for the area, but I am a firm believer that you definitely get what you pay for. I chose this hotel based on the most recent reviews, satisfaction with a prior stay, and that it was also one of the few hotels in the area that offers accessible rooms with two queen beds.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Great staff, super friendly people...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and good for the value I could not ask for more. Location even better, simple to get to off the highway and I really appreciated that, I will definitely be staying again if I'm ever in the area, as I was only passing by the town on our way to Buffalo.

Liked: The hotel was pleasant and easy to find, rooms where comfortable, staff were helpful.
Disliked: The lack of breakfast selection, which was disappointing when compared to the other Hampton Inns stayed in on current trip, very limited breakfast choice and coffee selection.

Liked: The breakfast was just ok. Not very fresh
Disliked: Our room was too small for 5 people. To expect 3 people to sleep in a king size bed is ridiculous. The sofa bed was very small for two people. We asked for a cot and was told it was against fire code.It was billed as a suite but was very small. We had to have someone sleep on the floor. The sofa bed had no blankets or sheets. We had to ask for them. They knew we had 5 people. Where did they think we would sleep.

A great place for kids...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, both kid-pleasers and more healthy options for the parents. The pool was fun for the kids.
Disliked: The hotel is located behind a storage rental place, not very aesthetically pleasing, but not really a big deal.
