Very good
Disliked: Fire alarm at 10:45 pm and NO manager or security to answer questions or direct people. No response from fire dept. Very unprofessional and unsettling. No organization to evacuate in an appropriate manner.

Great Stay Hampton Inn Beckley
Liked: I ended up in the ER of the local hospital with my husband who unexpectedly became ill as soon as we arrived in Beckley, we didn't even have a chance to see our hotel room, just checked in at the front desk then headed to the ER, where we spent 6 rather miserable hours waiting, when I finally did come back to my hotel room it was SO nice to walk into a clean, quiet room with no worries. Everything was perfect, thank you so much. The lobby and breakfast area was beautiful and arranged nicely. We had stayed the previous night in a different town in a different hotel that was definitely substandard, from now on I will always find a Hampton Inn!
