Liked: I requested a quiet room and was given a great location! I slept 9 1/2 hours and I normally am lucky to sleep 7. The pillows to me were a little hard but I carried my own as usually!
Disliked: I found a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod but it was bunched up in the end of the shower curtain so it possibly was overlooked at cleaning. Toilet paper holder missing a screw coming out of wall opening. I think the Sheetrock has torn there.

Liked: staff checking in & out, room very clean & nice breakfast
Disliked: the hot water took forever but that was only complaint

Disliked: Hair was all in my bed I had to change rooms and the people serving breakfast seem so timid and ready to dismiss the guests

Disliked: Miranda unprofessional behavior the lack of quality of your rooms the lack of interest in the employees to make it right. I will never visit your facility ever again I believe the employees plant cameras inside the rooms

Disliked: Very upset that I called to the front desk mutiple times for toilet paper after hours later being told we don't have any!! I have never heard of such thing in my life. You could have taken toilet paper from another room at this point. Then had the audacity 5 minutes below checking out was brought toilet paper.
